Passion fruit- 3 medium
Water- 4 1/2 cups
Sugar- 2 teaspoon
How to prepare
Cut the fruits into half and scoop out the inside on a plate. Put it in a blender and add water and sugar to it. Don’t add lemon juice now.
Now switch on the blender. This will separate the black seed from the jelly. Don't over blend as the seeds will break up and create grit.
Strain this mixture, and add lemon juice. Serve chilled over ice cubes in tall glasses.
