Pasta with Indian spices
Pasta - 1 cup
Water - 3 cups
Finely chopped onions - ¼ cup
Finely chopped tomatoes- ¼ cup
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Finely chopped green chili - 1
Chili powder/ chili sauce - 1 tsp
Garam masala - ¼ tsp
All purpose flour (Maida) - 1 tblsp
Milk - 3 tblsp
Oil- 2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Coriander leaves- for garnishing
Boil water in a deep pan and add pasta. Cook until the pasta becomes soft. Drain the water and keep it aside.
Heat a pan and add oil to it. Deep fry the finely chopped onion and green chili in it. When it turns golden brown add ginger garlic paste. Now add tomatoes and again deep fry the mixture.
Add flour to this mixture and cook for a minute. Next add milk, chili powder/chili sauce, garam masala and salt. Mix well and then add the pasta.
Toss everything together and garnish with coriander leaves. Indian style pasta is ready to serve.
